PLA: 220C (or even 230C if you're going fast), 100% cooling all of the time, EM 0.98 (though up to 1 is OK).
PETG: 260C (or even 270C if you're going fast), 50-60% cooling (depending on speed, flow etc), EM 0.95 (though I've seen as low as 0.94 and as high as 0.96).
ABS: 260C (that one is from the EzVz programme of VzBot fame), 30-40% cooling (_very_ dependent on setup), EM 0.925 (can be a bit higher, but this is the most consistent one of the lot IME).
