Kingbee (npub1uen…7y76) can. He changes oil, filters, whatever he can fix himself. He has replaced timing chains, belts, radiators, window motors, water pumps, etc. All of our vehicles are 300k+, 200k+, and 150k+ miles, each without computers.
A little bit of elbow grease and this oldtimer is ready for the road. Been standing for a year. Was running hot. Had to change a broken thermostat and also flushed the coolant system with demi-water and a little descaling agent. Running clear. And purring like a tiger.
Not bad for an old Opel Record from '86.
Who else here on Nostr, besides being a Bitcoiner is also a Gearhead or Greasemonkey and crazy about cars without computers?
