I really need help needed identifying a spider!

I was bitten, multiple times, I don't know for sure by what, but it was possibly a spider, I have a crappy photo of the potential culprit.

I am not feeling too well, I am not delirious or anything, but I am hoping to identify this thing to see if there is any possibility of it being poisonous and if it will just sort itself out or if I should be going to A&E.
