I find most guided meditations annoying or distracting but there seems to be something to the hemi-sync along with the visualization tricks, to the point that the CIA studied Monroe's methods. Just be careful not to go too far down the rabbit hole lol, it's a whole series of tapes and Monroe developed it around the idea of triggering OBE. I recently put down cannabis as well.",
