The last several days I used Fluticasone (Flonase but I was using the Costco generic) in conjunction with a sinus wash (NeliMed) and I was getting the "pillowcase over the head filled with cotton" feeling for much of the day that would correct itself after taking Excedrin Migraine and waiting several hours (so I would feel better in the late afternoon).

Last night I decided to skip the Fluticasone.

So far this morning, no head issues.

Could the Fluticasone cause that?
