No, there's vital questions about personhood that's central to (for example) western jurisprudence. Think the Hague conventions.
Jewish law is only binding on jews themselves, and not on the broader civilian legal system. Consider roman law, which we lived under for quite a long time. There are also no consequences religiously for jews not abiding by Jewish law. It's very upsetting, don't get me wrong, but it's a matter of conscience.
Just in general, gentiles prattling about Jewish laws being a political football is offensive as fuck. The arrogance is mind blowing.
