its my biggest problem with owning property. Was able to shed my mortgage 2 years ago, cones with so much BS, have to have insurance, cancelled that immediately. Interest on the mortgage, insurance and property tax make it a real shit show.
And why is property taxed differently than anything else you purchase which is at time of purchase? By the time I'm dead I would have paid like a 100% sales tax on this land.
