That is the problem with most folks. We shouldn't relive the past nor try to live in the future. You should live in the here and now. You should concentrate on the next fifteen minutes or fifteen seconds even for your best life ever. Try something new each day (nothing major, just a slight little change) like making a left at this intersection on the way to the grocery store instead of a right and figure out how to get there. You will always find a way. Just enjoy each moment and damn you have nothing to worry about any more. In Other Words, Use Your Mind, Your Thoughts On Having Fun, Being Creative, Enjoying The Moments That Make Your Day and you will not have time or energy to worry about anything you can change or something happening tomorrow or next week and will probably change between now and then anyways.
