This is what I look at for WiFi strength with the meter I use most. We measure everything in dBm so I am not familiar with your meters reading. I can see the MACs too

I’m mostly trained in a single modulation , QAM for TV🤣 And I don’t have a sniffer in my truck.

I don’t think many folks have any idea about any of it 🤣
