Yeah I get what you mean doesn't happen to me so much now though. I just sort of accept it and move on, I find the bad patterns are not generally so relevant to my life as I might have first suspected.

Yeah you are right , I was thinking it wasn't overthinking 😄 , then it dawned on me it was actually not choosing the right words when I am writing. Sometimes I write loads of stuff on here and it gets deleted because it ends up being an incomprehensible mess because I have edited and re-edited it multiple times.😂
