I think the last point is key. The amount of people I've heard use that argument as a reason for, e.g., keeping women out of the military* is staggering, *ESPECIALLY* when those arguments are framed as a defense of men's bad behaviour. I mean, besides concocting insane excuses for sexual assault, it baffles me how people don't see that this argument has an incredibly dark view of men. In a way, the "human nature" argument about men's sexual assault is FAR MORE "anti-man" than anything people imagine feminists have ever said.
