Just as you protected Lot and his family from the destruction of Sodom and Gomorrah, we humbly ask for your divine protection in these trying times. In a world that often seems to mirror the wickedness and moral decay of those ancient cities, we pray that you would shield us from the temptations and evils that surround us.
Grant us the wisdom to discern right from wrong, and the courage to stand firm in our faith, just as Lot did. May your angels encamp around us and our loved ones, guarding us against all harm and leading us on paths of righteousness.
In a world that celebrates sin and mocks your laws, we ask that you would cover us with your grace and mercy. Help us to shine as beacons of light in the darkness, drawing others to the hope and salvation found only in you.
And when the world seems to crumble around us, remind us that our true citizenship is in heaven, and that you are preparing a place for us where there will be no more tears, no more pain, and no more sin.
