Food food food… reduction of inflammatory foods = reduce pain.. without spending to much money just remove: corn, wheat, dairy, sugar, seed oils and booze for 30 days and live on beef and cooked veg and sweet potatoes. Or if you have the cash work with a vibrant health.com practitioner and you can short cut it. I just did this 9 months ago and it fixed 90% of my issues.
