i feel like i'm slowly going crazier as time goes on at my job

i shaved my entire fucking head for a stupid reason, and i feel like i need to figure out how to not go insane from normal things everyone else can toughen through no problem

though, i genuinely don't know how to do it other than tough it up and suck it up, and that's been something i literally haven't been able to do for decades now
