#USpol scholars and/or nerds:
Does anyone know if a constitutional argument has been made for a living wage based on the right to pursuit of happiness? I can't remember.. Cause like, we have research now that pretty well backs up the idea that there is a basic cost of living below which happiness becomes nearly impossible to achieve. Someone paid below a minimum wage will not have any time to pursue anything cause they need a second job just to live. How's it a right if you give up sleep for it?
