Yes, it's an affinity scam to sell centrally issued tokens in a rigged system. It started as a scam. It has nothing to do with the web, and even the inventor of the web has said this. It would be a rival group forming nostr2, selling shares in it to cash in, and it having absolutely nothing to do with nostr.
