Well...I did get out to the beach today and even got a swim in when I wasn't sure about that when I got out there...there were only 6 people on the whole beach so it was nice and quiet and I got a couple of hours of sun in...got a little color but not enough to treat it...it does feel good to get a little rest from the bike today but I'll be right back at it tomorrow...maybe...or I could do one more day of taking it easy since most of the pain has subsided...feels good...good evening!
