Apropos of nothing, I have a trackpad (left hand) + mouse (right hand) setup, and my favorite “expert” gesture is to drag and hold an item with the mouse, ⌘⇥ to show the App Switcher and select the app, 4-finger swipe down to show App Exposé, select the window I want, then drop the item with the mouse.
Use 4-finger swipe to switch Spaces while dragging as needed.
