An excellent cookbook of traditional food from Kerala, ordered by cultural groups. It is non-vegetarian, but the vegetarian dishes are interesting. I find their flavour profiles different to the specifically vegetarian food from South India.

I love this book - it smells of India. It is one of three books I have that when I open the pages, I am taken back to the streets of South India ❤️
