As part of the recovery process from my recent assault, I want to motivate myself to start writing more regularly, maybe even get back into journaling as I'm getting ready to start counseling again.
So to help encourage me I ordered myself a prize of a cheap $10 fountain pen, the first I've ever owned, thinking that if I had a decent pen I'll certainly want to find excuses to use it. #writing #mentalhealth #journaling
