I suspect humans have evolved with seed oils, and at low levels we don’t have good clinical research. At the same time we’ve turned it into a common additive, along with gross amounts of sugar, sweeteners, dyes, mold inhibitors, and preservatives.
Erucic acid in tiny amounts may not be dangerous 🤷♂️. But most are not ingesting tiny amounts. These additives are in an incredible amount of products.
We all know how 2% yearly inflation is working out for us. We should be looking at our food through a similar lens.
