Worth considering regarding abortion: laws really only affect Whites, as blacks don't even follow traffic laws.
A total ban on abortion would keep Stacy from getting an abortion. Blacks would (and even today do, if they're too lazy to schedule with Planned Parenthood) chug some baby-killing voodoo concoction or something.
