I did pickle them. I actually pressure canned them bc I hate how hot and sweaty water bath canning makes the kitchen. plus pressure canning is just faster. I did them for 10min in hopes they won’t be too mushy, will see.
I did my carrots last fall for like 30 min and imo it was too long, I may try 20-25 min this year.
