Trump SAID he didn't like NATO - just like he SAID he would deport the Illegals, put a 35% tariff on Mexico, END all the foreign-wars, make Peace with Russia, etc.
Then, he DID THE OPPOSITE on all of it. Biden being "even worse" (= "playing the bad cop") doesn't change this.
