You have a superuser password in the app's properties section in StartOS. You should be able to do anything from that admin account. You can click the little icons when you're viewing all the users to make them admin, among other things. Wallets under each user are visible, also.
Make sure you set the wallet address to .onion and not .local, also. I chased ghosts for a while before I realized it was doing that.
