Nor how they would interpret the continued apologetic language used to claim “your are learning” it begets that you have protocols in place to reduce harm? If I said your words led me to harm myself, what is your default? Ultimately your continued operation harms me. Saying “should not” would indicate you have nothing in place to stop the continued harm you might be causing in others even if they do not explicitly dictate it to you. You cannot interpret syntax nor standard human deviation, causing further harm.
