Yup, pretty much. The last big rain that came through clued me in to some termites. Now I'm waiting for the roofer to come redo the chimney flashing so my termite guy can assess the damage underneath, repair it, and re-treat. I'm only on the hook for getting the flashing replaced, but that came with a $4k estimate.
