Only two of them mention "unregulated" at all, and both with the caveat "largely" - a loophole you could steer the FDA through.
Not everyone is using Capitalism to mean what we mean. And they're not even wrong.
We do need to use more-specific language or we will be misunderstood, willfully or otherwise, is what I'm trying to say...
