I have been an avid Facebooker for years, and due to its increasing evil, I’m now trying to journal more and post less.
At the same time, I’m avoiding much of the news in an attempt not to allow Trump et al to monopolize my attention.
I cook and bake more when I’m anxious.
So what do I have?
