but anyway it doesn't actually address my question. if this is a "you get your just deserts" thing how is not worshiping or even outright turning your back inherently bad? what do those have to do with how you conduct yourself when interacting with others? "not worshiping" and "mistreating those who depend on you" seem categorically different to me
