Amazon gutted their Alexa team just before AI went big. They are rumored to be thinking about charging extra $$ for an LLM in Alexa. Google assistant is already using an LLM, Apple Intelligence is coming up. I think OpenAI's real time convo that the demo'd a bit back is the thing these devices need, but isn't released yet.
