#Damus just implemented block/report features. Not sure if it blocks on a local client or reports to a relay so they can be blocked at the relay, but
jb55 (npub1xts…kk5s) has definitely taken this in the right direction with this feature release. Hopefully other client devs has already done so or will be following suit soon.
