I hope Google Maps has improved this feature since I tried it in April. Back then it couldn't parse the plain text of reviews, nor its own tags, to correctly identify an accessible restaurant within one mile.

I look forward to trying it again. In the meantime, I’ll continue to use plain-text string searches that draw far less power and have higher accuracy.
