We are not like that here.. If I use Google DNS for example my ISP doesn't like it throttles connection. Can't play too much with that. We stick to whatever DSL config ISP provides otherwise issues. Even VPNs are crap here we don't need them coz unlike the rest of the western world Internet isn't monitored we can access any sites we want no control. I download movies I do not have access to via streaming. Piracy roams free here. No laws against that. Heck Stores sell pirated stuff here
