As more apps get banned from the 'trusted' app stores they will lose credibility and people start to question what a 'verified' app even means. Hopefully at that point, plus with more PWAs available, you can have the same reach with one. And if your app is PWA-only then there is only one choice, and lots of PWAs already have good traction on desktop/mobile!
