There's part of it poured in concrete but I've dug the rest down 12 feet by hand since 1980. Found the middle of the water table on high tide. Filled in some gravel for those weeks. But, my 15 year old massive tank, was concerning due to age. Wasn't expecting the rural house to go first. It cost $1000. I got today's for $600. But, this big one in the city, is 60 gallon ( daughter days) and we don't need that much water or price.
