They fudged the provisional ruling on issuing an order for a ceasefire BUT Israel now under investigation for Genocide, the so called democracy in the region with the most moral army and Palestinians under protective interim measures. Yes, Israel will ignore it, and Biden will veto if necessary. BUT legal legitimacy has been given to those protesting and boycotting against Israel.
