Well you should know that to be a carnivore you also need to understand the incentives docs and scientists have when releasing studies and training docs that result in incorrect information being mainstream. If you're not ready to challenge the impact those narratives have had, more research is needed before carnivore.

Carnivore is not recommend by mainstream who preach such metrics.

I assume you have some health reason that made you try it though so as someone who no longer gets allergies, heart burn, back pain and no longer takes pills for those, I'd encourage keep the learning going.
