Yeah, I can't see what's the big deal about Swan warning of what Fincen is about to do. They offer service for people to buy ONLY bitcoin and withdraw for self-custody. And they have consistently encourage users to withdraw. If someone insist on NOT withdrawing, why is that Swan's fault? As a company operating in US and regulated by the govt, why would it be good for them to risk being shut down? Them violating US law and get shut down cannot be good for their customers.
