Accompanied my hiking Meetup group host on a "test hike" today to check out a trail before inviting a group of randoms.
Good thing we did! The map on alltrails said it was 6.8 km, but the 5 of us all got around 14km on our various tracking devices and it took almost 4 hrs instead of the expected 2!
On the upside I apparently burnt an entire days worth of calories 😂 downside... Blisters 😒
