I super appreciate you recommending my books. Truly and sincerely. That's the only way I can pay my bills.
If someone gripes about the current state of email being crap, though, they don't want to be told to read my book and run their own mail. Could they? If they have the skills, sure. Should they? I'd say so, for many reasons. But if someone's not in a space to hear that, it'll only piss them off.
I keep getting tagged on recommendations to folks who just... aren't in that head space.
So: thank you for recommending.
But please don't recommend to folks who aren't looking for a path to that solution.
