Just to let you know: Flathub can already be found and used after install, nagging msg about not having a flatpak user is still there, but this is easily solved by entering once (as user): 'flatpak remote-add --if-not-exists flathub https://dl.flathub.org/repo/flathub.flatpakrepo'; Possibly sth in your compile script. All good anyway!
