Today, we will find out who the HBO documentary will suggest as being Satoshi Nakamoto. Current odds on Polymarket give a 14% chance that it's Nick Szabo. Easy money for HBO insiders, but the bigger question is: does it really matter who Satoshi is?
In my opinion, it doesn’t.
Decentralized betting markets are currently pricing a 31% probability that Satoshi Nakamoto is Len Sassaman.
But does that really matter? Not at all.
The "creator," however much credit they deserve, is merely the first step in a long journey that this monetary system will undertake.
