The US has started a programme of eugenics hasn't it? Deportation, anti-trans, anti-diversity, anti-abortion, the frequent talk of producing babies, ⊤⊥'s talk of "good genes". It's not like there isn't precedent, the US exported the idea to the Nazis originally. When I talk to conservatives it doesn't take long for them to start talking about IQ and inheritance.
