Your question has me wishing there was a service that worked like this:
- Buy Bitcoin with a credit card
- Send the new Bitcoin (optionally via Lightning) to some address
- Doesn't include its own wallet

Just a one-off buy-and-send service like that, rather than a whole wallet integration or full social app.
