Here is some of my garlic, curing away!
I'm very proud of it.
It was harvested a bit early, in case it got stolen as it happened to the onions.
As most of my crops, I'm not totally sure what it is. It comes from a variety I bought from a farmer in Seattle, many many years ago and I have been replanting ever since. It's very mild, not spicy at all, yet still garlicky. I love it.
The challenge is remembering to save enough cloves for planting in the fall instrad of eating them all.
