Abu Dhabi (UAE) concluded the 12th edition of the Fatima bint Mubarak International Equestrian Academy's show jumping competition, which was held over four days at the Abu Dhabi Equestrian Club, with the participation of over 300 riders and riders, competing for prizes worth AED 800,000. The competition was organized under the patronage of Her Highness Sheikha Fatima bint Mubarak, 'Mother of the Emirates', President of the General Women's Union, President of the Supreme Council for Motherhood and Childhood, and President of the Fatima bint Mubarak Women's Sports Academy, and with the guidance of Sheikha Fatima bint Hazza bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the Board of Directors of the Fatima bint Mubarak Women's Sports Academy and President of the Abu Dhabi Ladies Club and Al Ain Ladies Club. The final day featured the local category, which is a new category introduced in the competition, and during the local category, a single round with a height of 140 cm was held, and the first place was won by rider Nina Carolina, followed by Sheikha Latifa Ahmed Al Maktoum in second place, and Nadia Abdul Aziz Trim in third place. The competition also saw Ayah Safi al-Din winning the single round against the clock with a height of 120-125 cm. In an interview after her win, she said: 'This is a moment of true pride for me and my entire team, and I didn't expect to win honestly. I am extremely grateful to everyone who contributed to making this possible, and of course, I would like to thank the Fatima bint Mubarak Women's Sports Academy for organizing this competition and providing this great opportunity for us to compete in this sport.' The winners were awarded by Dr. Abdullah Ali Al Khouri, representative of the Presidential Diwan, and Saif Al Mehiri, representative of the Abu Dhabi Sports Council. The event concluded with a total of 29 rounds held across seven competitive categories, including two rounds of show jumping and small horse show jumping, as well as categories for children, young riders, and local riders. The participating riders from the UAE and around the world delivered a great performance that deserves praise, and enhanced the level of competition.
