Yeah, it sounds... ill thought out. That’s been my impression of the campaign the entire time, including when some union started targeting downtown businesses instead of the employer, and when someone thought a Parliamentary inquiry against the Treasury Board would resolve things.

The situation with the US definitely complicates everything. I'm wary of arguments based just on saving money though. I think that's how you end up with employees peeing in diapers and bottles.
