So umm. I new to lightning. I downloaded wallet of Satoshi bcz I wanted to try to send some sats to ppl building on nostr and to experiment a little. Paid the 300sek (28.5$) and I have 21$ in my wallet. A 26% cut, is this normal ? This is bizarre
