Tomorrow is harvest time for this big boy and some of his friends. Lots of "normal" people I talk to always ask why I raise so many turkeys. They only think its for Holidays. They never think of all the meals you can make from all the different cuts of turkey. Or we like to grind a lot of it. Turkey burgers are delicious!
